There are no good ways to say certain things

Yes there's no good way to say certain things. Or should I say inform the world at large about certain kinds of events/things Especially if those are NOT really the most cheerful of things.  It might be easier to inform people about happier  things. Even if one is an incorrigible introvert. After all, most good things in the world are also capturable on a camera. So lets say you have got engaged or got married, even if you are not the kind wanting to broadcast that to everyone in the world, a simple photo on facebook/instagram/whatsapp might do the trick of keeping most people informed. Not so easy if you want to communicate about the not so great things that are going on ( like lets say the opposite of the above example?--- surely cant have a photo to capture that !) This is the "how to share" bit of the question.   Then there's the question of the audience. The "whom to share with" bit of the question.  Even if its more positive sounding stuff, there's...

Everyone likes a happy story

Isnt that true? We like watching movies with happy endings, sports where our favourite teams win etc And unless you are really a fan of a particular kind of art, a melancholic film just wouldn't suit most people's tastes. We all like to be happy, and its only natural we wish to see positivity around us.  But thats also true in terms of people you know, friends and so on, like to hear. Have you ever answered a "How are you doing" with a " I am not doing great" or "doing bad" ?. At worst, "things are going okayyyy..." is what you conjure up if you cant really put up too much of a pretence. "How are things going>", "how are you doing" is kinda a redundant question to ask most people, unless you are a really really close friend in which case you probably dont need or will not ask that question anyway.
